Washington (AP) Republican Senator Ted Cruz says President Donald Trump should nominate a successor to the late liberal Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg next week. Cruz said Friday shortly after Ginsburg's death was announced that Trump needs to move quickly.
