India-sponsored Computer Centre at Gandhi Settlement in South Africa Cleared Out After Robbery

The centre was officially opened in October, 2017 by then Minister of State for External Affairs Vijay Kumar Singh, but had already started operations five months earlier, providing basic computer literacy training to members of the impoverished community surrounding the settlement.
